i have a bit stupit ques but i really dont know ....

i m currently using MAC Os tiger and I would like to ask u when I upgrede it to Leopard,what will happend with all my files and software i have instiled.I have to instal them again?or
what about all the files ?i have to remove temporeraly and move them back?:confused:

Let me put it this way... do you back up everything and reinstall when you do a 10.4.xx update? Just do an OS update and it will be fine. I will only be doing a clean install because I will be using a new hard disk
otherwise or if i change my mind I will just use the upgrade feature. You should be backing up files regularly anyways. But updating should be fine.
