This question is probably WAY to late but i thought id ask.

I purchased a mac mini april (15th) 2005 it came with 10.3.9. April is the same month they came out with the Tiger. I thought i was just SOL. today i was on the apple site and saw this...

"Macintosh computer purchase, but if you purchased a new Mac on or after April 12, 2005 (2005-04-12) that didn't include Mac OS X 10.4, you can still get it—see the Up-to-Date Program section below"

http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=301242

but i dont see the "up-to-date program" on the page anywhere.

Is there anyway i can get an upgrade to tiger or is it way to late?

I would imagine your best bet would be to call their support line during office hours tomorrow.

Apple has always been good to me on their service. I bought a pair of in-ear headphones from them, and they wouldn't stay in my ears, so I called to return them. They just credited me the $25 or so and told me to keep the phones.

Anyway, in matters like this, I always like to get it straight from the horses mouth so-to-speak.
