Mac os x 10.5.8 to 10.6 or order

hello my name is makis and i am from greece.if any body now how can fix my mac from 10.5.8 to 10.6
my cd is not working and i go to updates and i don't have anything. thank you very much.

There are no updates to 10.5.8 Leopard. Going to 10.6 is an upgrade. Go to the Apple website store and order it.

If you post the details about your Mac, someone should be able to tell you whether or not you can upgrade to a more recent OS than 10.6 Snow Leopard. The OS is on 10.11 now, as you may know.
