Hi!

I have problem with Mac Mini Server as Internet gateway.

Environment.
Mac Mini Server (438) with two interfaces:
- AirPort connected to home lan - 10.10.10.1/24 (en1)
- Ethernet connected to ISP - 1.2.3.4/20 (for example) (en0)
Mac OS X 10.6 with all updates.
Service order in Network Preferences - Airport (first), Ethernet (last)
Services - Open Directory, Firewall, NAT, DNS, DHCP

If Ethernet cable is disconnected from the server then the server works fine:
- Server Admin works
- changeip returns correct IP/hostname
- host 10.10.10.1/fqdn return right answers
- Open Directory and other services work

If I connect Ethernet cable to server I catch problem:
- Server Admin does not works - i can not connect thru fqdn, .local name, 10.10.10.1, 1.2.3.4, 127.0.0.1, localhsot
- changeip returns not correct IP - 1.2.3.4
- but host 10.10.10.1/fqdn return right answers

changeip 1.2.3.4 10.10.10.1 does not help
change order of network interfaces does not help

Please help me to configure Mac OS X Server 10.6 as Internet gateway correctly!

Vlad.

PS. I am sorry for my English.

Not sure if it's the only problem, but I'm pretty sure your En0 (ISP/Internet) interface needs to be FIRST in the service order, not last. The LAN interface should be lower in the order than the public IP.
