10.7.4 is the most recent Lion build. 10.7.5 doesn't exist. If you have already purchased Lion in the app store, you can download it and extract the bootable image from the download. Otherwise your only choice is to join the Developer Program from which you can still get Lion.

If you call 1800-MY-APPLE you can still buy Lion. They will email you a code to DL it from the App Store.
 
The 10.7.5 update came out 19 Sep. It has a lot of changes, especially to ATI driver support and is necessary to run the latest iPhoto apparently. I'm staying at 10.7.4 on my Mac Pro 1,1 due to my non-EFI video card and it won't let me dl/install the latest iPhoto unless I upgrade.

Incorrect. The build of Lion now downloadable on the App Store is 10.7.5, but you are correct that it cant be purchased directly on the App Store.
