Mac OS X 10.8.3 Unofficial Release??

Has anyone here installed the Check up app for mac? On mine it says that my OS is "Mac OS X 10.8.3 Unofficial Release". Is it because I installed mine through USB? I downloaded it from the app store but I wasn't sure if I would want to install SL on my new HD or Mountain Lion. Eventually I decided to re-download Mountain Lion a couple hours ago and I noticed this when I opened up 'Check Up'.

I'm wary of the need for all these "checking" and "monitoring" apps. They tend to cause more trouble than they are worth by making you worry, usually needlessly.

"About This Mac" will show you the build version of your OS, and you can check this with the current known number.
