Is this UNO-AE?
You can get the Aqua from Tiger/Panther in Leopard without Magnifique, I found this

defaults write -g AppleUseCoreUI -bool NO && defaults write NSGlobalDomain NSUseLeopardWindowValues NO

And to revert change values to YES.

Basically every window and control is given the same interface as Tiger. While keeping the transparent menubar etc.
