I have an iMac G3 with Mac OS X 10.1, and I was browsing through the system files. I right clicked Finder in CoreServices, and then Show Info. Very oddly, the version of the Finder is apparently, "Mac OS X Fake Finder 10.0". It also said that the Finder was a Classic Application, but it was in the OS X 10.1 CoreServices, not any CoreServices folder related to OS 9 (which is also installed). Even weirder, there is another Finder in CoreServices whose version is Mac OS X Finder 10.1. Two different Finders! Does this mean I have some sort of phony software on my computer?
