I was wondering, after sending feedback on Apple's website it says...

" If we need to follow up with you on your ideas for improving Mac OS X, we will contact you directly."

Has that ever happened to anyone on this board, or do you know anyone who has been contacted?

Just curious.

I've left tonnes of feedback and never been contacted. However, a number of things I have suggested have become reality, no doubt thanks to others doing the same.

Yes.

I've been contacted by Apple regarding bugs in the iPhone's Exchange support (about which I complained on their discussion forums.) They actually called my house (I was out of the country unfortunately) to follow up. I felt a little sheepish, as the problem had since been resolved, but I was still impressed that they followed up.

I've also been contacted in response to bugs I've filed on Radar, but that's a little less out of the ordinary.

That's great. Glad to know they actually do that :)
