so i am having trouble re-installing mac os x lion. without a
dock/finder i have no applications. and to download/re-install mac os
x lion the app store has to be accessed.
i have an apple id but os x lion says "item temporarily unavailable".
adobe flash player will not download, although I made a hard drive
besides the first one in place that was locked. downloads still say
"not enough free space on this disk, delete documents and other files
and try again" but...to delete documents..again...i need to have a
dock/finder where applications used to be. i saw where someone said
log into icloud to access apple id sign in, but icloud.com says my
browser is not supported so download another up to date browser to
continue. but again, can't download anything, it says i have no free
space on disk.

outline
mac os x lion = item temporarily unavailable
downloads = no free space on disk
app store = access i don't have access to and have no applications or
dock/finder anymore.

"downloads = no free space on disk"

Looks like the drive is nearly full. Only "solution" is to start moving stuff to an external drive, or delete unneeded items. You can't add stuff to a drive that has no room left!

"mac os x lion = item temporarily unavailable"

I don't think you're going to get OS 10.7 "Lion" from the Apple Store any more.
If you really, really want it, there are (cough, choke!) "other sources" through which you can obtain it.

"i don't have access to and have no applications or dock/finder anymore."

Can you open the Applications folder in the finder, and then double-click apps to launch them that way?

Suggestion:
If you want to re-install Lion, the best way to get a copy of it might be to go on ebay and look for individuals selling USB flash drives with copies of the OS installer "pre-installed". Once you have this, you can plug it into a USB port, boot that way, and then do the re-install.

BUT... this isn't going to work until you clean off enough free space on the internal drive so that the installer can do the job.

That's your "priority #1" right now...
