Mac OS X Lion Multiple Docks

I would like to know if their is any software or app out their somewhere that allows multiple docks. What I mean by this is that you would be allowed to have a dock simultaneously on the bottom and left or right side of the screen. :apple:
 
Check out TabLauncher on the app store.

somebody also mentioned Orbiter in a thread in this branch.
