MAC OS X on PC?

Sorry if this is at the wrong place, But i was wondering if it's possible to install Mac OS X on a PC?

I've heard of stuff like hackintosh, but was never sure how it was done. You see, I can't afford to buy a Mac since i dont have a job or anything so if this is in anyways possible I'll appreciate a tutorial.

I have found a few post of hackintosh being assembled and installed. now my question is, does a hackintosh machine require those specific hardware or just similar hardware or better and you just follow those installing instructions
