Mac OS X Proxy Configuration Question

I can see in Mac OS X how to bypass the Proxy for specific IP addresses (i.e.: exclusive filtering of what gets proxied). However, I want to do inclusive filtering (i.e.: only proxy specific domains and IP addresses).

I found this thread in the Apple support discussions from 2007; however, the linked Wiki which contains the "how to" is no longer there.

Can anybody help?
