I just rebooted my OSX 10.6.3 sever only to find out that I cannot login... I have not made any changes lately either... Any tips?

Can't log into the server with a local account? network account? Can't login to a client machine bound to the server?

More details needed.

I cannot login into the local admin account and moreso any account on the server

Reboot from DVD. Run Disk Utility and verify the HD.

If the HD verifies OK, then read "Resetting the original administrator account password" in this article:
http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1274

If the HD doesn't verify OK, then it probably has some damage that killed the account login info. You could try repairing the disk, but that may not recover the damaged data.
