Just a quick question: with the limit on the 10-client version of OS X Server, does that apply to the number of web users, too?

I don't think it has anything to do with the web serving portion of it (Apache can serve anything you want) but its more about how many clients can use the server... you can serve as many sites as you want even without server, Apache comes on every mac (With OSX that is)

The 10 user limit only applies to AFP.. You can have as many websites and users on the websites as your network can handle...
