Mac OS X SL won't boot or re-install

Right, so my Macbook with SL was acting dead slow today, so i restarted it and then it was grey screen with apple loadin for hours. And i put install cd to reinstall it and half way htru it says instalation failed, because necessary support files could not be installed.

Anyone have any ideas, how to sort this out?
