"Mac OS X Update Combined" can't be saved.

I am the same person who had the Sound problem.
That problem has been solved now. It was done after i formatted the laptop.

This time, i tried updating my laptop but The "Mac OS X Update Combined" could not be saved.

I tried doing the same 4-5 times, but i always got the same result.

* the internet connection was completely perfect.
I've also attached a picture.

Please do help.

Corrupted download or, you might try repairing permissions.
