I know I can do a lot of copying from the apple website, referencing all the features of OS-X Client & Server :

but I am wondering if anyone has published a comparison or "Benefits of Use" write-up of OS-X versus windows. No matter how biased it might be it would be greatly appreciated if you could point me to it.
Why do I need ??? Trying to find out from my IT guy what a client workstation has to be able to do before it can be authorized connection to our LAN (Windows based). Well, before I can be given those details, I have justify why I want, or the benefits of a new client like OS-X.
Here are some references that I have found so far.
