Mac OS X wants to access Keychain?

I get this prompt everytime I log in now. In the past, you could click "add such and such to Keychain", but that option is not there.
I tried the FirstAid(?) Keychain, but it still does it.

I'd delete your login keychain (jot down any passwords you don't know before you do it, of course) and then recreate the 'login' keychain using your account password.

Is your keychain password the same as your login password. If they are different you will get this behavior.

It's the same password. I'll guess I'll just delete it and create another, I just think it's weird.
