Hi, I just recently purchased two Powerbook 3400c for $24! Anyways, they work great except the fact I can't get them on the internet. The guy I bought them from said they got on the net once before but I can't get them there. I plugged my ethernet cable into the ethernet jack and I keep getting this error message: Netscape was unable to create a network socket connection. There may be insufficient system resources or the network may be down. (Reason:) Try connecting again later or try restarting Netscape. I have changed the AppleTalk to ethernet and change my TCPIP to DCHP which my router is. Thanks for any help you may be able to give me! I'm fairly new to MACS and my main computer is an Ibook G3. I recently stopped using Windows and so far enjoy it. :) :apple:
