Mac OSX 10.5 Upgrade Clarification

Hey, I have an iBook G4 running Mac OS 10.4.11 that I want to upgrade to Leopard and I wanted to know the difference between purchasing the full version of Leopard or the Leopard Upgrade disk. During research I haven't found any differences, but there is an apparent price difference between the two.
