Mac osx file transfer to Linux Samba Server [Solved]

I am trying to backup my Macbook to my samba file server and when I go to transfer the files I get this error:

Some files transfer not all, so it has to be a Mac osx error.

It's a permissions issue...likely nothing out of the ordinary.

I have set the folder in which I want to transfer to read&write for me and admin.

If I am not mistaken, the SMB bug that existed in 10.6.2 still exists in 10.6.3.

If your logs on the Linux Server are similar, this may solve your problem.
