Someone has got Mac OSX Leopard working on an iPad via emulation. Probably not much fun to use but impressive as a proof of concept.

There’s also a Jailbreak tweak with Spring/Winterboard for iPad 2. I did try it, but it got my iPad stuck on the login screen.
