I have three user profiles and one will not accept the password that it's had for the past two years (problem started yesterday). When I login as one of the other profiles and try to edit the password for the problematic user account, it does not give me the option for changing the passwords -- in other words, changing the password for that user profile does not exist.
I've tried restarting, but that's all I can think of at this point.
The answer may seem simple, but I'm a novice to this and am unsure of how to approach this.
