Hello,

I'm reposting problem that some of us are having from problem but I just can't find the solution to my problem if someone know the answer please help. Thank you very much

:(:confused::(:confused:

Hi all,

I have a problem with disabled attachments in outlook 2011, e.g.

I have received email 12.4.2011 with word document attached, and i was able to see and open that attachment.

Today I wanted to open that document, in the inbox where is the list of all emails, that email is has attachment icon, but when I open email I can't see attachment anywhere. If I forward that email to e.g. some other person, he will receive email with attachment??? So attachment is there, do you have an idea how to enable it.

Thanks,
James

You know replying to a thread bumps it to the top, no?

Workaround

1) Open the email with the missing attachment and click 'Forward'

2) In the forwarded message window click on 'Options' in the Ribbon bar.

3) Switch-off HTML formatting using the 'Format' switch

You will now be able to see and save the attachments.

Let me know if this works for you guys

How to view attachments in Inbox?

siriamd - thanks for the workaround. Is there any way to view the attachments in the Outlook inbox itself.
