Hi all,

i have a problem with disabled attachments in outlook 2011, e.g.

i have received email 12.4.2011 with word document attached, and i was able to see and open that attachment.

Today i wonted to open that document, in the inbox where is the list of all emails, that email is has attachment icon, but when i open email i can't see attachment anywhere. If i forward that email to e.g. some other person, he will receive email with attachment??? So attachment is there, do you have an idea how to enable it.

Thanks,
James

Where is the attachment

I have the same problem. The paper clip icon is in the top pane, showing me that there's an attachment in the email, but the attachment button to save or view is NOWHERE. When I forward, there is no attachment included. Didn't have this problem 3 days ago, but I do now!

Workaround to see attachments

1) Open the email with the missing attachment and click 'Forward'

2) In the forwarded message window click on 'Options' in the Ribbon bar.

3) Switch-off HTML formatting using the 'Format' switch

You will now be able to see and save the attachments.

Let me know if this works for you guys
