Mac Outlook to Mac Mail - Help Needed Thanks

Morning All,

I am just setting up my new laptop and have an issue to overcome.

On my old Mac laptop I am running Outlook 2010 or whatever it is. On my new laptop I want to start using Mac Mail.

Question is how do i import all my data from Outlook on my old mac into Mail on my new mac. I can find plenty of info about importing from Outlook on a PC into Mail but nothing about going from a Mac with Outlook to a Mac with Mail.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
