Mac partitions are corrupted

Windows 7 boots fine, but every time I boot into Windows and then come back to OS X, I find one of my partitions does not mount and I'm forced to rebuild the partition which takes a long time. That said, it's always the same partition and it can always be rebuilt.

Does this issue occur with anyone else?
