Ok, so here's the deal.

We have about 12 people in three-five different offices, using a combination of Macs and PCs. We want to have huge videoconferencing sessions, basically like a big group meeting where everyone can see and hear everyone else.

How the hell do I do it?

Thanks!

ooVoo works with up to six people.

TokBox says it works with an unlimited number of people, and even works across IM networks, presumably by providing a URL to a flash-based video chat. Of course, it also works in the browser with the flash10 plugin, for minimal set-up.
