Mac/PocketPC Password Manager

Hi All,

I am searching for a Mac equivalent to DeveloperOne's CodeWalletPro (For PocketPC & PC). Does such a program exist? I can find a few password managers that allow Mac & PalmOS syncing, but so far can't seem to find any that allow entry on the Mac and sync to PocketPC.

Curious...
