I'm new to this website and developing/using a mac on the whole...
I'm in the process of trying to figure out how to install ImageMagick... Which is proving to be quite a pain.
While looking for some documentation on how to do it properly, I've stumbled upon several threads/blogs/whatever commenting on how macports isn't the way to go.
Why does macports have such a bad rep?
Is it a viable option for installing a component such as ImageMagick?
