Hi All,

I'm new here, so if I've inadvertently done anything wrong by posting this here, I apologise.

So I have a Mac Pro 1,1 flashed to a 2,1 running Windows 10 x64 only. As part of my upgrade to this machine, I fitted one HD-DVD/ Blu-ray combo SATA drive and another Blu-ray drive on the remaining spare SATA connectors.

Neither of these drives would allow me to boot into the Windows x64 install CD and I had to reconnect the old SuperDrive to the IDE bus in order for it to boot and to allow me to install Windows 10.

Now here's my new problem... I disconnected the old SuperDrive once Windows had installed as I no longer had use for it, however, neither of the SATA Optical Drives are visible in Windows, nor are they visible in Device Manager.

Both drives have previously been visible to macOS (10.7 & 10.11) and the EFI bootloader... is this just a missing driver in Windows or is there something more sincere at work here?

Machine Specs (if it helps):

2x Xeon X5365
32GB RAM
1050ti (I also have a 7300GT for navigating EFI)
4x 3TB HDD's

2x SATA Blu-ray Drives

Thanks
