Mac pro 1,1 ac Wi-Fi wiring?

Picked up a bcm9436 ac Wi-Fi/Bluetooth card with adapter, which wires go where? They're labeled 1,2,3 and bt, the card is labeled j/a2,j/a3,j/a1,j/a0. I assume bt is 0 and 1, 2 and 3 go to the same numbered connections?
