Mac Pro 1,1 failing to upgrade firmware to 1,2

Hi

I upgraded my MacPro with 2* 5355 and installed Mavericks I was trying to upgrade the Firmware but the file from Apple

http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1237

Or http://support.apple.com/kb/DL222 says my computer does not need this update

My system info shows the firmware as MP11.005C.B08

How can I upgrade the firmware?
