MP 1,1-5,1 mac pro 1,1 help with screen line

Hello , I have a 1,1 mac pro with apple radeon hd 5770 1 gb . i was watching a video on youtube when my screen froze and stuttered , it does not want to boot just keeps the bell chime over and over and my screen is white with lines sometimes purple I tried to reseat the ram same problem , i tired resetting the nv ram etc, . I have attached images above of the lights that come on the mother board.

If I was you, I'd try the easiest thing first:
1. Pull the power lead out from the Mac.
2. Pull CMOS battery out from the motherboard.
3. Press and hold power button for 10 seconds to make sure there's absolutely no power left within the unit.
4. Leave it for a minute or two.
5. Connect the power cord again and see if it starts up.
