Hello! I installed Windows 10 onto my mac pro yesterday and realized the SATA ports for the disc drives don't seem to be detected on Windows. IDE drives work, but the two sata ports for the ODD's don't work. The drives work when in the boot picker and in MacOS but not in Windows. Is this a driver issue? Can anyone help?

This is not supported. Some people say the AHCI hack for Windows will work to make this work but others say it doesn’t work for MP1,1. Another way to make it work without using the AHCI hack is to use a SATA to IDE adapter and plug it into the usual IDE cable. The StarTech IDE2SAT2 adapter is recommended.

I have chosen not to try the AHCI hack as a lot of people have run into problems.
