Mac Pro 1,1 Would not start up, then started by itself?

Hi all,
My Mac Pro 1,1 worked fine one day then would not start up. No light in the switch.
The standby power diag led came on but thats it. After pulling the Pram battery and the power
cord for 20 secs, nothing. After 5 mins I heard the startup sound? And it seem's perfectly
normal.
Any ideas?
