Mac Pro 2.1, 2x3GHz, 8cores Graphic

Hi!

I´m thinking about giving my Mac Pro a Cuda card. I´m specialised on producing 360x180° interactive panoramas and Gigapixel images and
my main-applications - Auto Pano Giga and PanoTour Pro - in their upcoming
releases will use more GPU than before.

I have a Radeon XT1900 card build in.

I´m not sure whether "2.1" means the second generation - or is it the first generation?

Good Luck. So is everyone else. Unsupported PC = GTX 570, GTX 480. Officially supported choice = Quadro 4000 (missing OpenCL in 10.7!!!) and EVGA GTX 285 (if you can find one). 10.8 brings back all features to the 800.00 Quadro card that is running on 2 year old tech
Buy a PC? Apple has not given users much choice unfortunately.
