Mac Pro 2.66 with Win7

Hey I am having trouble getting win7 on my mac pro. it gets to the end of setup where it says completing setup and hangs on that! sat there for ages waiting on it. xp installs fine but that sucks even worse! I have took out all the other drives, only have usb for my kb + mouse. I just got the ati radeon hd4870 for my mac pro and have no idea why i cant get win7 on it for gaming

any help would be appreciated thanks

What games?

you ran boot camp to make the partition?

I had Win7 RC1 running just fine on my MBP.

i have windows xp on it just now as a separate hd. its not partitioned. i tried taking out the rest of them to see if that helps and still hangs. i have xp up and running with my g27 i just want to upgrade to 7 but i tried it like 5 times with nothing plugged in. still hangs. no idea why
