I have a triplite usb extender hooked up and a belkin extender allowing more firewire and usb devices to be used on my mac pro, and when i restart it, (most recently a few hundred times today) i have to actually unplug the external usb device and my battery back up in order for my computer to boot properly, if i dont then it just stays on blue screens or shows the log on screen and does not allow my keyboard to function!

the mouse will move around but if i press on any button it does nothing as well!

what could the issue be?

thanks

i have still not found a reason as to why this is happening, every time i restart, it will not find my keyboard, and i have to remove my usb hub and fire wire hub!

is there something that got crossed or is there something being confused at startup?

thanks
