mac pro 2009 2.66 quad..need advice with os x yosemite

Hi guys. As stated in title of my mac pro...
I have 8gb rams with 840 SSD EVO samsung...

I'm having so much problem with safari, speed of OS X...sometimes causing beachball of hell...it's seems everything is slow...

What could i do to speed things up? thank you.
