MP 1,1-5,1 Mac Pro 2010 1.05V blinks during start up...

Hello chaps,
Im getting OVTMP CPUA, OVTMP CPUB and surprisingly either the 1,5V or 1,05V red leds blink on connecting to power. This happened to another Mac Pro 2010 and I could not start that up after.

Any one have ideas about the extra red led (1,5V or 1,05V) blink?

I’m definitely not going to switch on th Mac Pro 2010 until I get more information.
 
Any one with access to the Mac Pro 2010 schematics? (Not the block diagram from the Service Manual; which says nothing about the LED connections)
