Mac Pro 2013 Display Issue

I have a weird issue going on. I am trying to set up a dual display setup. I read the release on how to set it up here. But the second monitor doesnt display. BUT when i unplug mu usb keyboard the second monitor turns on. Anyone know if this is a well known issue? A fix?

I only sometimes have issues with my display setup with 2 ATDs attached to my nMP depending on how I connect and daisychain several TB Raids.
Then sometimes the weirdest effects occur. If I have the raids attached in a certain manner, both displays will stay black every now and then during bootup.

Also USB Keyboard issues occur at times. Call the hotline and go through your issue with them. I had them on the line for 2 hours, we checked EVERY configuration.
