Mac Pro 2013 eGPU, Windows & nVidia

I was considering buying an eGPU enclosure to attach to my 2013 Mac Pro to use mainly in Bootcamp for VR. Are there any TB2 enclosures that will work in Windows or do I need a TB3 one with adapter? Do I have to stick to AMD cards or will nVidia ones work too?

So far, only mvc's egpu flashed nvidia videocards would work on nmp in bootcamp.
