I booted my Mac Pro (Late 2013) for the first time in a really long time, and the overall performance felt slower than I remembered... I thought wiping the Mac and reinstalling Mac OS (11.3.1) would bring it back to optimum performance. It's an improvement, but still not quite to where I expected it to be...
I'm currently getting around 270 MB/s write and 490 MB/s read (from my stock 500GB SSD).
Here is a link to my Geekbench test as well:
Am I crazy? Or is there something wrong with my Mac Pro? I could've sworn performance was way better than this... Maybe I've just been spoiled by my new M1 Mac? LOL
