Hi everyone, so recently a Mac Pro from 2008 has come into my possession and unfortunately, it won't power on.

It gave me two red LEDs that were OT A and OT B as well as the STBY light when the diagnostic button is pressed, based on this I replaced the PSU. The machine still won't turn on but the red LEDs are off now, the STBY light still comes on when you press the button.

I have tried hitting the SMC reset button on the logic board, to no avail. Removed all RAM sticks, the GPU, the optical drive, etc, still won't power on. I have also replaced the battery on the logic board.

My next guess is that the logic board has gone bad. Any thoughts on anything I should try before ordering a new logic board?

I obtained this computer for zero dollars and have only spent 71 on the power supply, I think I am well under budget and open to suggestion here.

Thanks in advance!
