Mac Pro 3,1 - Any experience with MaxFlow fan ??

For those with hot summer seasons and a Mac Pro 3,1, I wanted to know if anybody has experience with this little fan here, called MaxFlow:

Is it loud, does its work, how is your experience ??

Your ambient temps must be pretty high to warrant a fan addon?

I'd personally recommend saving your money and use smcfancontrol to speed the fans up on the Mac Pro until temps drop to a level I'm comfortable with (50C or less). It's free and open source.
