Mac Pro 4.1: 2.66GHz or 2.93GHz?

I bought my wife a Mac Pro 4.1 earlier in the year and I'm now looking to buy one for myself. I have had a look at what's available online and I can't decide whether to get the 2.66GHz model or pay an extra £70 for the 2.93GHz model.

I am a web developer so will be using the computer for graphics and web related work.

Which should I get?

I am also considering a Mac Mini instead but undecided.

2.66 and do a cpu upgrade yourself...the cpus are cheap and the method is easy
