Mac Pro 4,1. A good deal?

Right lads,

I've got me a deal on the table for a fully working 2 yr old mac pro 4,1 for USD$1.4. Seller is also including 2 23inch Samsung displays at no extra cost. Should I bite? I'll be putting in my 5770 gfx should I decide to get this.

* 2.66Ghz quad core Xeon processor
* 6GB of RAM
* 2x1TB and 1x640GB hard disks (currently set up as a RAID array);
* NVidia GT120 graphics card, 512MB;
* Superdrive DVD burner;
* Comes with an Apple keyboard and Mighty Mouse;
* PLUS - 2 x Samsung 23-inch 1920*1080 LCD screens
