Mac Pro 4,1 Airport Wi-FI speed?

I got Belkin SURF N 150 router for testing and when I connected my Mac Pro to it I'm getting reported speed just 72 Mbps and real speeds is about up to 47 Mbps. Even forcing the router to use 20/40 MHz channel width does not help acheive 150 Mbps reported speeds.

What speeds are available on the stock Airport cards in Mac Pro 4,1 (2009) ?
